What can I expect?
How long is an ICA CHURCH service?
In total, an ICA service is about 75 - 90 minutes in length. Services begin with the ICA band leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, our pastor will share an encouraging and hope-filled message followed by an opportunity to pray. Translation in Japanese is available at the 9:45am service.
What's the culture like at ICA?
Sunday's at ICA are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
What about my kids?
ICA Kids is available during both our 9:45 am and 11:30 am services.
ICA Kids: We believe that kids should have fun at church every single week - and at ICA Kids, we make this a priority. Your kids will sing songs, learn the Bible in English, and do fun activities. When you approach the church our guest experience team will be there to help direct you and answer any questions you have. ICA Kids is offered for any children ages 4 - 11 (through 5th grade). When you first arrive at ICA you can drop your kids off on the 2nd floor of our building where our ICA Kid's Team will take over so you can enjoy service upstairs.
ICA Youth is available during our 11:30 am service.
ICA Youth: If your child is in 6th - 12th grade, they are free to join our ICA Youth group. Our youth usually worship on the 3rd floor with everyone and then go to the 2nd floor for an engaging discussion about the Bible and life with our youth pastor. We also have monthly community events just for your youth that are fun and relationship-driven. Our goal is to see young people awaken their faith and deepen their relationship with Jesus.
Have children younger than 4?
No problem! ICA has a comfortable and private nursery that is available for you anytime. We have books and toys for your babies, along with a changing table for your convenience.
